Preston Taylor Ministries (PTM) glorifies Christ Jesus by empowering Preston Taylor children to discover and live their God-inspired dreams through Christian friendships and love for learning.

PTM was founded in 1998 to confront many of the problems present in the Preston Taylor public housing area, problems like drug use, gang involvement, teenage pregnancy, illiteracy, poor school performance and crime. In order to provide hope for children and families living in this environment, PTM sponsors several avenues for building life-changing relationships. At PTM it's about relationships....

For the last several years, PTM has sponsored an angel tree program to help provide gifts for children in PTM programming and their younger siblings as well as to provide family baskets to PTM families to help out at Christmas. PTM is seeking sponsors for 120 children and 60 families this year. Please click on the Angel Tree and Family Basket program link for more information!

Calvin House Youth at the completion of a two hour canoe trip down the Harpeth River. Twenty youth participated in a summer program provided by PTM in partnership with St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.

Steve Ivey, a generous PTM supporter, has produced a downloadable CD for PTM that is available for purchase online at www.amazon.com, www.itunes.com and www.Wal-Mart.com. The hymns are traditional favorites with a gospel feel. $8 from each CD download goes directly to PTM.
