Capture the Flag Classic 2008

Volunteers began preparing for Capture the Flag at 6:30 a.m., filling hundreds of balloons with water.

Veteran captains of the red and blue teams reviewed the rules one last time with Chan.

John, Quincy, and a referee refueled for the second game with a few Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

George and several other volunteers manned the grill, supplying hungry players with hot dogs and hamburgers. 

Patrick, Michael, and other players waited patiently to redeem their coupons for food.  Hurling water balloons is a sure way to work up an appetite. 

Tanisha took a break during intermission to visit with one of the many volunteers who made the 2008 Capture the Flag Classic possible.
